Member Registration
We have a range of Membership options to suits most individuals and families.
Memberships are valid from 1 October to 30 September each year.
When you register for the first time, you will need a form of id (drivers licence, Medicare card, birth certificate etc) for each joining member and a credit card. You will need to register each person in your family wishing to join individually. At least one parent must sign up with a nipper U6 – U13.
Please make sure you fill in as much information about yourself as possible as this helps us to ensure you are benefiting from the club. All information provided is strictly confidential.

Login to your Surfguard account, where you can:
- Renew your membership.
- Change contact details.
- Check your membership status.
- Access the SLSA e-learning portal.
- Check list of awards and expiry dates.
- Check past patrols.
- Make payments.
New member registration
New members must register online through Surf Life Saving Australia. Choose Port Bouvard SLSC from the drop-down list and follow the prompts.
Please provide details for each member of your family. This can be added once the first person is in the system. Once all family members have been added you can submit your payment to complete the registration.
Important Information
Refund Policy
Refund of membership is available within four weeks from the date of registration.
Early registrations made before 1 October are eligible for a refund within first two weeks of the start of the season.
All refunds will incur an administration fee of $25 per person or $50 per family membership.

Working With Children Check
Members aged 18 years and older, who do not have a child under 18 registered at the club, may be asked to obtain a Working With Children Check as per the SLSWA Member Screening Policy.
If you have not held a WWC before, Port Bouvard SLSC will provide you with the appropriate form that will need to be submitted at a Post Office along with a payment of $11.
If you currently hold a WWC, please ensure that the card is current and provide the club with a copy.
Kidsport
Kidsport enables eligible Western Australian children aged 5 to 18 years to participate in community sport and recreation by offering them financial assistance of up to $150 per calendar year towards club fees. All Western Australian children aged 5 to 18 with a valid Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card are eligible for Kidsport. Visit Kidsport to apply online.
If using Kidsport vouchers when registering, please have your voucher code available so that your registration can be processed as quickly as possible.
