Start on Tuesday, 26 April at MARC. Tuesday 6.30pm to 7.30pm outside pool, deep end. Thursday 5pm to 5.45pm outside pool, shallow end. Bring goggles and water. Entry fee applies. The pool rescue competition is for Nippers Under 10 to Masters. Minimum swimming skill required (50m continuous swims in freestyle). Pool rescue information.
