Board Training on Tuesdays at 5pm location is weather dependant – starting on 13th Sept 2016
Dry Land Training on Wednesdays at 5pm at Halls Head Oval (Sprints, General Fitness) – starting on 14th Sept 2016
Swimming on Thursdays at 5pm at Mandurah Aquatic Centre -starting on 15th Sept 2016
All Disciplines on Sundays at Pyramids Beach Board

Carnivals and Competitions
Surf Sports team members need to complete a timed open water Competition Skills Evaluation swim to take part in competitions, country and states championship events.
U9/U10 – minimum 150m swim in less than 12 minutes
U11 to U14 – minimum 288m swim in less than 9 minutes
Being fit and healthy is a major part of surf life saving and the lifestyle that surrounds it.
- Paddling on a racing mal, or nippers board
- Beach sprints and flags
- Having a crack at paddling surf skis
- Or jumping in the surf boat for a row
As well as training throughout the season there are also many opportunities to compete both socially and at elite levels.
